YRG develops client-specific knowledge management databases for tracking and disseminating information on best practices, materials and products, and lessons learned across various projects and personnel. Organizations, project managers or project teams can utilize the database as a management tool, as well as a technical resource to identify and qualify strategies, sub contractors, and manufacturers. The knowledge management system also allows for the review and aggregation of project performance results across a client portfolio.
